I think the Obama daughters show a WHOLE LOT MORE class

than this 'repub' puke:

Elizabeth Lauten, the communications director for Rep. Stephen Fincher (R-Tenn.), wrote that the two teenagers should "try showing a little class," "dress like you deserve respect, not a spot at a bar," and, most of all, "don't make faces" at Very Serious public events.

Aside from her terrible attitude, she is also lying when she says it was a very serious public event. The whole "pardoning the turkey" thing is a joke. I loved the attitude of the Obama daughters.

seem so very alike. Respectful, but still just kids. The Obama girls look normal to me, even tho they are under a LOT of scrutiny. I give those two girls a so much credit for being just regular kids --- sweet and nice but still having their own lives (friends, cell phones, thinking about what they'll wear, music).

This year they were both wearing mini-skirts and the ceremony was inside. The skirts looked like what I wore in the late '60s and early '70s. Malia was wearing a very short kilt. I had couple of those at about the same length back in the day!

Reagan kids were adults. Bush Senior kids were adults. Bush jr kids were in college. So the last 40 years they didn't even have children. Only JFK, Clinton and Obama had children. So not even able to compare.

daughters in the White House, I would take the Obama girls leaps and bounds over the Bush twins, if those were the choices I had. Just saying. The Obama girls consistently show classy behavior. Unfortunately, the Bush girls often behaved like trailer trash. Now I know we aren't supposed to pick on the children, but since some self-appointed critics of Presidents' daughters' behavior have done so publicly, I thought someone should point that out.
