Some suggested after Ferguson that cops should have to wear body cameras.
We have a video in this case, and there is still no indictment. As long as local prosecutors protect police, nothing is going make a difference.

They could, however, be an improvement.
I'd be interested to know if and where they've been field tested and how that came out.

(14,177 posts)there were less instances of brutality in a small California town I forget the name less complaints filed as well. However, I have been all over the boards promoting your idea of the local prosecutors not being involved in the indictiment process. I have no idea how anyone thought that was a good idea in the first place.
