A HUGE favor in Texas= Help David Cozad beat Joe Barton

David has already thrown his hat in for the 2016 District 6 House race. He is a Veteran, an engineer and a high school teacher.He is as progressive as you can get in Texas, and is very pro-public education...and like Leticia Van de Putte, wants free community college for all Texas Residents. Joe Barton is a man with no conscience who has sold his soul to oil and gas.

David tried to beat Joe with 11000 last go around.... and still got more crossover votes than Wendy.With more airtime and public visits in the district,as well as the usual propaganda-type stuff, David WILL beat Joe. I am pushing progressive television and magazines to Obsess on David. I'm trying for an article a month. I am the one with fangs who rides in the trunk.Thanks, and I'll keep you informed as we go!

I do not live in TX 6 however I do know David and supported him this year. I am a strong believer in the many giving a bit. If enough people send him a few $$ a month, he could accumulate enough to get some attention from the DCCC (which means money and support)

David is a good man and getting rid of Barton would be indescribably delicious.

I am on his finance committee. He is a good man and will be a real asset in Congress. he is very progressive and speaks well without coming off as an "asshole" He was actually praised by his Libertarian opponent,who said David painted with a wide brush and appealed to many segments of the party...women,lgbt,unions,healthcare,environment,economics.
