Complicity all around

A recent OP asked if DUers believed Nancy Pelosi when she said she was not informed about the torture approved by the Bush administration and committed by the CIA. It is my contention that the reason Pelosi took impeachment "off the table" and the reason no members of congress or the current administration have called for indictments is because they DID know that torture had been committed and did nothing about it, thus making them complicit in these crimes. I also believe that there will be no real push for prosecutions in the Hague by other countries because many of them were complicit in the war crimes by permitting the Bush administration to operate CIA prisons within their borders. There are no clean hands. They are all complicit. It's the perfect crime.

Just like they planned it. If everyone is dirty, they can't hold anyone else accountable. It's the new world order.

Look how 57 of them voted on the budget deal this week to stay in the good graces of their Wall St backers.
