what I'm enjoying is the surprise element. The RWers are reacting before the talking points have been developed, and the ones I've heard are doing it badly.

Michael Medved was playing Obama's comments, and parsing his words. Obama said something about how the embargo didn't help the United States, and Medved responded by saying it prevented Cuba from overthrowing the United States.

So I guess now that Obama has "surrendered&quot his word), we should all start taking Spanish lessons?

Cuban expatriate commiunity in Florida ..which is a loyal RW base. The Cubans in Florida have helped the Right immensely and secured Florida for them on a number of occasions. The embargo has **already** caused us plenty of damage.

Probably, seeing how the people in Cuba can find a job matching one's abilities, see a doctor and get medicine when sick, go to college when studious, and be an artist when talented. Other than that, the place sucks, per Bush and Rubio.
