just saw the same two commercials for mail order brides, or asian/russian dating sites on fox news

Interesting that is where they find their demographic. I picture some retired guy who is in to gold coins and reloading his own ammunition.

That's news to me.

Of course I was shocked (and posted on DU about it) the first time I saw a gun commercial. I figured if TV shows couldn't show people drinking and smoking, how could there be "vice" in the commercials. But no...there was the sexy lady putting the fashionable pistol in her purse. (I'm sure that wasn't a metaphor or a subliminal message or anything).

They want a trophy wife/personal slave. American women have opinions, and go to college, and other things they don't like.
I have noticed the conservative demographic often has mail-order brides from other countries. And sometimes they get scammed.
