Michael Steele, formerC hairman of the Republican National Committee, is subbing for Chris Matthews. What have they done with Luke Russert?

In the old days, Smerconish used to sub for Tweety but I noticed a couple months ago that Smerconish has a show on CNN now (something that apparently happened last spring).
