White police officers use their bodies to shield black man from gunfire

We hear so much about police misconduct it's nice to get a glimpse of police selflessness from time to time.

1. Shield with their bodies? Must have missed that part, the car seems to be getting no credit at all.

The civilian crouches down first, shielded by the car, the officers have to go over top of him to see....

2. They drag him down and climb on top of him

The car blocks most of the direct line of fire. The officers use their bodies to shield from ricochet and shrapnel. At the end of the video you can hear him encouraging the officers.
