When you're a child of Jeb Bush, you get away with any crime.

2005 - John Ellis Bush arrested for resisting arrest.

AUSTIN, Texas — The youngest son of Florida Gov. Jeb Bush was arrested early Friday and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest, law enforcement officials said.

John Ellis Bush, 21, was arrested by agents of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission at 2:30 a.m. on a corner of Austin’s Sixth Street bar district, said commission spokesman Roger Wade.

The nephew of President Bush was released on $2,500 bond for the resisting arrest charge, and on a personal recognizance bond for the public intoxication charge, officials said.

Wade said he had no further details about the charges.

2002 - Noelle Bush and drugs

Gov. Jeb Bush's 25-year-old daughter was found with crack cocaine at a rehabilitation center, police said Tuesday. If confirmed, it would be her second lapse since entering court-ordered drug treatment.

Police were called to the Center for Drug Free Living in Orlando late Monday, where workers gave them a "white, rocklike substance" they said they found in Noelle Bush's shoes, Police Sgt. Orlando Rolon said.

The 0.2-gram rock tested positive for cocaine, but Bush wasn't immediately arrested because police couldn't obtain a sworn statement that she had been in possession of the drug, Rolon said.

Possession of any amount of cocaine is a felony.

Police spokeswoman Teresa Shipley said staffers at the center ripped up the responding officer's report late Tuesday and told him that the matter should be handled in-house. The officer retrieved his report from a trash can.

1994 - Current Texas Land Commissioner George P Bush's stalking

A Miami-Dade Police Department report includes an account of the December 31, 1994 incident provided to cops by Murry Cohen, Cristina’s father.

According to Cohen, Bush--wearing black shorts and no shirt--arrived at the residence and “went to his daughter’s bedroom window,” pulled it open, and “pushed the screen inward.” As Bush was “climbing in the window,” Murry Cohen awoke and spotted the trespasser. A neighbor of the Cohens also spotted Bush trying to get into the residence and began to argue with him.

With his intrusion thwarted, Bush “backed out of the window.” Cohen reported seeing Bush then “jump into a vehicle and flee.” But he would not be gone for long.

Bush returned to the home 20 minutes later and drove his car through the Cohens’s yard, causing damage to about 80 feet of the lawn.

When police arrived at the residence, the Cohens identified Bush as the perpetrator. Cristina Cohen explained that she used to date Bush, but that they “have been separated for 1-1/2 years.” She added that Bush “has been a problem ever since they broke up.”

After the Cohens provided police with Bush’s home address, an officer went to the residence and “spoke to him and parents.” But since Murry Cohen did not want to press charges, Bush “was not arrested on the scene,” according to the police report.

This will be front and center should he throw his hat in. We have to remember how lots of earlier years information on W was erased to never be found again. I did my research on W when one of his neighbors of a house he moved into to qualify to run for governor, there was LOTS of parties in W past. When he started running for president his military information and the proof of his party dazed went missing. I would not doubt it will happen again so it would be smart to download the files for later reference. would think some of Jeb's reluctance to jump in is because of family issues.

Dad had for a winter home in Houston. I found out right away this boy had some serious problems. He ran twice (and won) for governor and twice as president, I did not vote for him at any time.

Plenty of other Bush memorabilia. He was elected Florida's governor with this baggage. But it may prevent him from getting elected president of the USA.

... ah, yes, Recarey, wasn't Jebby his real estate agent/broker, too? Back in 1988, when I got married and was on honeymoon down at Lake Buena Vista/Disney World, we noticed a time/share informational, "free breakfast", advertised in our hotel's vending area. So the next day my wife and I drove to where the free breakfast and time/share informational was being held. I am hearing impaired and speak very well, when attending, I asked for a prospectus or some literature to read over. A guy in a suit, who I realize now looked exactly like Jebby, reached into his suit coat, pulled out his wallet and handed me $10 and told us to leave and go buy breakfast on him.

I'm just sayin' ...

Such as child of Bush et al. Its the money. If you have the cash you can buy your way out of most offenses. If the offense is a capitol crime, you can get some great attorney's (think OJ's dream team), and again more than even your odds on getting off, or a reduced sentence.

Right now as in the last 6 months, I "bought" my son off. He truly messed up, lucky for him mom had some cash and was able to hire an attorney, so what was a charge of drugs, became, a charge of drug paraphernalia, a fine of 2K, plus expenses (estimated 500), and 40 hours community service. So in this case 6K and no record (now its a misnomer vs the original felony charge) or prison time.

I am not rich, I just made the decision to bail him out as I could on the grounds that prison or a felony charge will cause his problems for life. This was his one time, if he does it again mom is not coming to the rescue.
