Jimmy Kimmel just brought up his pet "cause..."

To reduce those horrendously long receipts from stores!

I mean, 40 inch long receipts for just *ONE* item?

Yes I know, they put the discounts and coupons and who knows what else on them...

Best Buy does generate a long receipt when you buy a computer without coupons or anything else (maybe when you buy other things, too, but I've only ever bought computers there). Is this really a problem for people? Waste of trees, I guess, but not compared with other excessively wasteful uses of paper.

America is a first world country, but try telling that to America's homeless.

Also, we need to remember that Kimmel is a comedian, and complaining is the stuff of comedy. "Take my wife--please!" "The food here is like poison--and the portions are too small, too!"

Those were probably told to Julius.

Caesar.

By someone who had stolen them from an older comic.

I guess a lot of successful comedians do make their living off such problems.

Every single time I go to CVS, I think of this picture and start laughing in front of the cashier.
