(45,251 posts)Or should I say, more politicized?
Who should eat and on whose dime, what they should eat, how what they eat should be labeled, etc. already are highly politicized subjects. Similar issues arise in connection with hydration and air.

(73,631 posts)People with a lick of common sense would take it at face value. The knee jerk reaction crowd is anything but unpredictable. Their visceral reaction to behave in contrarian ways, no matter what and without a single reflective thought, would do a lot of good for the rest of us.

(45,251 posts)Just look at Michelle Obama's garden and her campaign to get kids moving.
Those both have been mocked and maligned and not even on the level that I ascribed to politicizing eating, hydrating and breathing.
PS I didn't say a thing about people being offended. Politicizing something doesn't reuire being offended.
