5. Too many Dems on that list.

I understand Heitkamp D-ND as pro Keystone.
Shes from a very Red State which has benefited from oil industry. She would never have been elected had she spoken against it.
I wonder if these Dems voted for it in order to advance the bill to Obama's veto pen. Knowing that the Repubs will not have the votes to override anyway, it becomes a move to bring a final end to Keystone.

7. CSpan notes that KXL vote will be on Tuesday 1/20

Saying also that tomorrow ,wed & thurs are reserved for a GOP Retreat. Guess the GOP Senate won't be around.
Maybe "retreat" means a come-to-jesus meeting with the KOCHs & Trans Canada Reps concerning the Obama Veto Pen??
