If You Only News website has posted a video by Vice News with the If Only thread "GUANTANIMO GUARD SAYS CIA MURDERED PRISONERS, MADE IT LOOK LIKE SUICIDE (VIDEO)"
In the interview and book purportedly being released by Gitmo guard Staff Sergeant Joseph Hickman, there are details of alleged murders of the 3 parties who were the leaders behind the Gitmo hunger strikes.
As stated on If Only;
Hickman, who was a guard at the camp in 2006, says the CIA murdered three inmates who were notorious for inciting hunger strikes and made their deaths look like suicides.
In a video interview with Vice News, Hickman describes the motive as well as the methods that he believes were used to justify and murder three people who were slated for release that had never been charged with a crime.

As the If Only further notes - the (purported) suicides are being covered up due to fear and worse;
Hickman believes other guards from Delta havent come forward for fear of repercussions, as the cover-up of these murders reached as high as Rear Admiral Harry Harris, who attacked the men in an interview with Reuters after their deaths:
They have no regard for life, either ours or their own. I believe this was not

Errant - If Only notes a Reuters interview; but links to a BBC/ UK article on the case that quotes a Rear Admiral saying the suicides were an actual plan of warfare against America;

'Warfare'
Rear Adm Harris said he did not believe the men had killed themselves out of despair.
"They are smart. They are creative, they are committed," he said, quoted by Reuters.
"They have no regard for life, either ours or their own. I believe this was not an act of desperation, but an act of asymmetrical warfare waged against us."

Vice News notes that Sgt. Hickman has written a book;

After leaving the Army, Hickman spent years looking into the deaths. His investigation has led him to write a new book, Murder at Camp Delta.

(13,043 posts)Exactly what does the U.S. stand for ?
I don't have a clue.
I think the U.S. is a rogue nation.
It does what it wants, where it wants, to who it wants with zero consequences.
Our politicians, including presidents, continue to protect the guilty.
It is sickening and dangerous.
