If people have more money to spend on pizza, then there will be more competition to sell pizzas which would lower the price.

I think we can do more than hope & pray for more neo-lib policies. They may be helping the banks but they are killing the rest of us.

Tax reform is supposed to come from Congress and on to the president, do you think the Republicans are going to reform the tax code to place higher taxes on the rich?

on the ground. We had a president elected in 2008 with a majority of Congress dem and I didn't see a minimum wage increase - I saw a bail-out for the bankers.

For me the most important thing is organizing into unions AGAIN because breaking them down has only hurt us. And by "us" I mean workers. The heart and soul of this party. Or at least they used to be ...

Raise the pay of folks in the military. That would force private corporations to raise the pay for every one.
