#USWMade Toilet Paper

Happy Friday everyone! Here is this week’s #USWMade on social media...toilet paper. Thousands of USW paper workers in several states make a lot of common products such as private-label toilet paper including the Costco Kirkland brand. We also make the cardboard sleeves used on Starbucks coffee cups, SOLO brand cups, Dixie brand paper plates, towels, napkins and cups, copy paper, newspaper print, the paper used to print auto catalogues and other promo material, cardboard boxes, tissue, diapers, feminine products and so on. Kimberly Clark and Georgia Pacific are just a couple of our paper companies.

But difficult to say about Georgia Pacific, except that I hope the unions remaining eventually overcome Koch Bros. ownership.

Many Koch jobs are union including the oil refineries.

Now you know why they hate unions. Rules, contracts, etc...

Thom Hartman talked about this just the other day (yesterday maybe?) on his show.
