her most recent appearance at that GOP nut-party just a few days ago. I noticed something that simply tickled me to pieces! You're AGING, sarah dear! I see those "marionette" wrinkles that go from the corners of your mouth on down to your chin. Uh-huh! The days of your making hay because of your looks, because of the perception among many of your remaining fans that you're some hot babe - those days are FADING.......... Your looks are FADING.......
She got as far as she has because of her looks.
She photographs well. Or at least, she has in the past. She's starting to succumb to the ravages of time. That pretty face that some of the news mags used on their covers - full frontal and life-size, that carefully-focused close-up that filled up the whole damn cover of the magazine? Remember that one? They wouldn't have done that if she looked like Roseanne Barr. They wouldn't have done that if she looked like Josephine the Plumber. It was because she was this fetching-looking gal - whom john mccain couldn't take his eyes off, when she was first introduced as his running mate the morning after the Democratic Convention ended (after Barack Obama accepted that historic nomination). It was a blatant attempt to steal the Dems' thunder and the news cycle and it kinda half-way did, for awhile. And all he did after introducing her was to step back and to the side, steal continuing glances over at her ass, and fiddle with his wedding ring.
I've said this before and I'll say it again: THIS was the reason he picked her. THIS was what tipped the scale on her behalf. john mccain already distinguished himself as having a wandering eye and a taste for the pretty girls, having thrown over one "defective" wife for a younger prettier blonde after her horrible auto accident (while she waited for him to come home from Vietnam) that scarred her nice legs. Too bad for her - she wasn't "model-perfect" anymore. And I would bet - he looked at sarah palin and thought to himself - "gee, I sure could look at that for the next four-to-eight years." And THAT'S what tipped the scale for him, all other things being somewhat equal. I seriously believe that. I watched my own dad do that, ogling at the pretty birdie over there while his wife was standing right there in the same room. Cindy McCain, too, was standing right there, on the other side of the podium while sarah made her debut, and her dirty-old-man husband was a few feet away from her, ogling the pretty birdie. And fiddling with his wedding ring while sneaking glances at her ass.
I remember that so well! Through sarah palin's entire debut speech, I could not take my eyes of john mccain. His dirty-old-man behavior throughout her speech just riveted me. I couldn't believe what I was seeing - with my own eyes, with his WIFE standing right there. And there he was, probably oblivious to the idea that he could be clearly SEEN, on camera, sneaking looks down and to the side - at her ass. Throughout her speech. With his wife right there. Un-Fucking-Believable! STILL stuns me to remember it. Told me EVERYTHING about him, in just those few minutes.
