One camp is in Ukraine, 800 meters from the border and the other is in Russia itself.
The one in Ukraine
And then theres this one, Campsite Yaseny, located approximately 800 meters from the Russian border. Not only does the location make sense, but you can even see a dock in the water the same shape and size as the one in the video. But due to the lack of recent satellite imagery and tree cover, we cannot verify the location using only imagery.

This one is in Russia
Google just updated some imagery and now reveals the biggest Russian camp near the Ukrainian border ever on its October 10th images:

Russia needs to stop training the "pro-Russians" and move their military equipment away from the border to ratchet this down in Ukraine.
