Gov. Bill Walker announced Friday that a new report commissioned by his administration confirms that 40,000 Alaskans would become newly eligible for Medicaid and that the state would save money by expanding the government program.

Addiction. We have so few drug rehab centers and a bunch of active addicts.We need this medicaid so bad it's not funny.

OK, its a stretch but with low oil prices threatening the Tx economy, maybe, just maaybeee. Either this or Tx is going to leaglize pot using the Colorado model.
