(F**ked Up) Stat of the Week

STAT OF THE WEEK

The world’s “ultra high net worth” population — deep pockets with over $30 million in net worth — make up just 0.004 percent of global adults, notes a new report from Wealth-X and NFP Life. They held $29.7 trillion in wealth last year, over double the $13.8 trillion in wealth that belonged to adults with net worths under $10,000, a group that includes 66.2 percent of the world’s adult population.

We have to be honest with ourselves, nothing at all will change without a severe action of some kind....I am not saying what, I am just saying this is obvious to me

You seem the right person to ask, if I am not a paying member here, and someone has given me hearts, can I give away the hearts that were given to me or do I have to buy them to give them away?

Other than being allowed to add more jury blacklist names, does being a paid member provide any protection from being silenced by a jury regards this transparency deal?

Kick in to the DU tip jar?

This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.

As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
