Castle last sold in 2013 for $1, now selling for $45 million. Why?

All granite walls in the bathrooms. The place must be pure hell to heat. It will, however, withstand zombie hordes.

ETA: It may have had something to do with the zoning issue the owner was in. A $1 "sale" to refile the papers or something.

8. I find it a little funny

that there is a regular-sized house across the street from this one with an above ground swimming pool in the backyard. Talk about overbuilding in the neighborhood.
