maybe this will be a start to change things.
This chief is doing the right thing, and it isnt easy to do the right thing in the face of so many racist pukes.

I know not a lot of people have time or want to bother to follow a video, but it was good to hear how they choose to do things so differently than they could have.

... and it bothers me to no end the racial mix of the cops to the neighborhoods they patrol.

There should be a mandate that the cops live in those areas ...

Otherwise HUMANS tend to not have a vested interest in the area thriving
