The Obama campaign released a new video Monday, Forward, outlining the challenges President Obama encountered when he took office and the steps he has taken over the last three and a half years. The video cites a long list of accomplishments, from health care reform to equal pay laws to repealing dont ask, dont tell. The video also highlights GOP obstructionism, quoting Mitch McConnell saying that his partys number one goal is to deny Obama a second term.
The campaign says the video will serve as an important grassroots organizing tool through the course of the general election, including being played live during the Presidents first campaign rallies next Saturday in Ohio and Virginia.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
