Back in the early 80's. Rent was $45 a week.

I have a bedroom, kitchen/media room, bathroom, and washroom.

But it's adequate for me and my two cats, and I've been here now 23 years.

Walking distance to theatre, bars, great food, etc. 1,000 sq feet for $700 per month. Two beds, two baths. Great 11th floor view.
