...and my reading comprehension skills, and my high school level understanding of how shit works in DC...

I know that he couldn't deliver on Gitmo without Congressional support and the "law allowing indefinite" blah blah yada yada, is a mischaracterization of the thing he signed.

So, I ain't trippin'!
