I have problems with a lot of her stances and policies, but that's not one of them.

If she's the nominee, she'll still be far better than any horror the Republicans present us with.

with State Department, apparently the government e-mail system they use is unreliable, often down and extremely slow. It seems that what she did in this respect is not all that unusual. In addition, the rules governing this practice didn't come into effect until after she had left the State Department. In short, it's a Drudge type attack, full of the sound and the fury but signifying nothing.

4. Ah, come on, 3WM! It's not like she held a high level post. And AOL is pretty secure, I think....

I repeat:

It may well have been hotmail, a Microsoft product and TOTALLY stable and secure.

If a POS "scandal" like this is going to bring HRC down. Seems like some people-on the right AND the left- seem way too eager to latch on to this so they can vent their spleen on her. Bush/Cheney did so many awful things that it *should* rightfully shut up the Republicans at least when it comes to scandalmongering current and future Democratic Presidents.

It still seems like a nothingburger. Does anybody seriously think that THIS is going to ruin her chances to become POTUS- if there was even any actual lawbreaking that occurred?

to avoid monitoring, particularly when you're setting up the TPP, or pressuring the Haitian government to keep slave wages for the benefit of the big money donors to your foundation, the kind of donors that use HSBC to launder their money.

Yay.

WHY DID HILLARY CLINTON SET UP HER OWN EMAIL SYSTEM? Not just a personal account that she already had and happened to use occasionally. Nope, she totally set up a whole new outside deal, right from the git-go, FOR THE PURPOSE of avoiding the .gov system, for herself and a few chosen staffers. And she only releases emails from her account when it's convenient to her--or not at all, who knows? It's at her whim. There was never a current running record of her email communications while she was in office, except where her emails showed up on others' .gov accounts. There's only a record now because she chose to release 50,000 of them. No, DU, it wasn't because the State Dept. has crappy IT, that's just fucking laughable.
