gay or straight. The Judge said he wouldn't discriminate. There's an OP about it here somewhere, posted yesterday.

Both have levelled legal guidance that a probate violates at their peril. I have no doubt federal supremacy will ultimately prevail, but until then,, its a nasty catch 22
