Jason Segel: Hillary Clinton rejected me

Actor Jason Segel has said he'd love to make a movie with Hillary Clinton, but that’s not happening anytime soon.

On “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” last week, Segel said he got "a rejection letter" from the secretary of state.

And he wasn’t kidding. Here’s the note that Clinton sent the "How I Met Your Mother" star last month:

All these years she was portrayed in the media and by her opponents as being icy cold, humorless and emotionless.

Yet in recent weeks, we've seen:

1. A picture of her relaxing and having a drink with collegues during the Latin American summit
2. Her funny response to the "Texts from Hillary" internet sensation
and now this......

Of course, I think this has probably always been her persona, but it's a shame it's taken this long for it to come out.
