More severe cases of theft or fraud.
Some forms of intimidation.
Blackmail.
Aggravated drunk driving.
Attempting to get people falsely convicted of crimes.

Polluting our air, water, soil, land, oceans willfully or through negligence. Toss all those assholes in jail and confiscate all the money they made with their nefarious practices, and use it to repair the damage they did, plus job-training for the people we actually want to get back into society and back to work.

Fraud that rises to the level to be a felony in its various forms- financial, embezzlement, various scams that prey on the elderly, etc.

Possession, distribution or manufacturer of child pornography.

2nd or more offense DUI.

Human trafficking.

Forgery and counterfitting.

Illegal sale/trafficking of weapons, doing a straw purchase of a weapon for a prohibited person.
