I thought the entire issue was over certain employers not wanting to have contraception be a part of the insurance policy they provide for their employees..How does that efect the tax payer in any way? The ACA has in it's provisions a part of the wellness section that insurerers must add contraception and mammagrams and pap smears and much much more and that there be no copay for such things...It does not say the government will pay for them..
