when I lived in Sacramento for a few years in the 1990's. Duane Garrett jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge and then Bernie Ward went to prison. I was on lunch break listening to KGO when they announced the suicide of Duane Garrett.

There is nothing like that on the radio any more. We do have the internet now, which is much better.

"Ward admitted to a single felony charge of distributing child pornography and signed an admission of distributing between 15 and 150 images via email."

Isn't there some sort of federal law that allows victims of child pornography (if they can be found and identified) to sue people who distribute their images?
