Indiana's law is NOT the same as the 20-year old federal law.

The Indiana law specifically grants corporations, non-profits, businesses, churches, and corporate type entities special considerations along the lines of them being able to claim additional land for the first time ever. Land they never had before in history.

Gotta agree with you. There is a bigger picture here to consider.
And its becoming more frightening, the more we see.
This is all connected to securing the Fundy voting base 2016.
Anti gay, anti immigrant, anti abortion, anti health care , anti women's rights, anti worker, anti union, anti children & education, & anti feeding & housing the poor & indigent and be sure they are doing all they can behind the scenes to restrict voting rights.
They are salivating over a GOP president in 2016 & with that win however they manipulate it, gaining a majority of Hard Right Supreme Court Judges.
