John Lennon's first wife Cynthia Lennon ... died at home in Spain after a short battle with cancer. She was 75.
Cynthia and John got married in 1962 .. while she was pregnant -- and she gave birth to Julian Lennon in 1963. He is her only child, and was by her side at her house in Mallorca when she passed away on Wednesday.

She was a classy lady and very gracious about Yoko. She wrote two books about her life with John.

She loved John when he was a nobody, just to get the shaft when John left her for Yoko.

And he didn't just leave her, he dragged her name through the mud, accused her of being an adulterer (oh, the irony). He did all that, for MONEY. He left her such a ridiculous amount of money that she struggled financially to raise Julian.

May you finally rest in peace, sweet Cynthia.
