Good Medical Marijuana bill in Congress

"The Compassionate Access, Research Expansion, and Respect States Act" is in the Senate as S.683 and in the House as H.R.1538.

It would change the federal classification of pot from Schedule I (no medical use) to Schedule II (has medical use). That would lead to more research.

This is so desperately needed for all the sick people out there that use medical marijuana and may have state protection but not federal protection. This is so long overdue.
