http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2015/04/05/dianne-feinstein-iran_n_7006592.htmlWASHINGTON -- Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said Sunday that the new nuclear accord with Iran will not threaten the survival of Israel, criticizing the stance taken by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
CNN "State of the Union" host Jim Acosta asked Feinstein Sunday morning whether she believes the deal threatens Israel's survival.
"No, I don't," she replied.
"I don't think it's helpful for Israel to come out and oppose this one opportunity to change a major dynamic, which is downhill -- a downhill dynamic in this part of the world," Feinstein continued.

(53,661 posts)Most people who don't profit by division and strife want this to succeed. And for those who are into poltical paranoia, they need to know that Obama does NOT trust the Ayatollahs.
The deal is a harsh one for Iran. This is not about picking one religion or nations over another. It's about arms proliferation, and a policy that has been in effect since JFK. Even 'I will nuke you' Putin signed onto this.
Sane people want peace. Those who promulgate hate and war might want to consider this:
The essential act of war is destruction, not necessarily of human lives, but of the products of human labour. War is a way of shattering to pieces, or pouring into the stratosphere, or sinking in the depths of the sea, materials which might otherwise be used to make the masses too comfortable, and hence, in the long run, too intelligent.
~George Orwell, 1984
Intelligence won out this time.

(23,091 posts)The Mossad isn't pushing "no deal", only Bibi. Going against all evidence to the contrary, he continues to sing his song of agression against Iran. Why, what's in it for him? That's the real question and one that's not being answered in Israel or here.
Edited for spelling.

(82,849 posts)And just who do you think pays the freight around here? Okay, yeah, ultimately its we the people who give our money, children, and everything else in service to the war machine, but who do you think makes all those big, fat campaign contributions? Their wheels must be greased, or we run the unsupportable risk of not being at war and not squandering our nation's resources on pointless hostilities. Where would your bought-and-paid-for politicians be then, huh? You'll all be very, very sorry when you see Tom Cotton, Ted Cruz and Lindsay Graham begging on street corners for loose change. Very sorry, indeed!

(581 posts)real terrorist and supported by the US. We need to stop giving them any kind of aid. The PM is the real Mid East Terrorist. Yes the Republicans support him as they want war too. The Israel PM is worst the Pres. Putin and the ISIS. We need to stop supporting Israel and let the PM struggle.

(25,111 posts)for Israel and the whole gawd dang world. The deal with the devil. Why BiBi came on tv on Easter Sunday is beyond me. Heck if it were a pro-alliance with Dems, Pres O or anybody or anything else other than GOP party, the GOPs will raise all kind of hell re: disrespectful of Easter Sunday, JC and God.
I'm not ready for the "end of days" nor anybody else except the sociopaths that are members of the GOP party.
