I believe Sen Lugar will survive his primary fight against the Teabagger. The backlash

for the GOP would be hard to overcome. I hope we are ready with a somewhat non DINO candidate to step in if Lugar is thrown under the bus.

On TV every ten minutes there is a slick Freedom Works ad for Mourdock. They are beautiful ads featuring beautiful white people. Mourdock in a landslide. Joe may ride Obama's coattails to victory in Nov.

There seems to be a lot more issues than just Teabagger vs. Lugar here. Lugar doesn't even have a home in his district anymore.....

I think the Orrin Hatch race is more about that test.

From this distance, it doesn't look like Lugar has a chance at surviving.

Like it or not it will be impossible for anything but a Dino to win a state wide election here. Donnelly who will be the Dem candidate is in the Dino category but does have a chance against Mourdoch. NO Dem stood a chance against Lugar, Dino or otherwise. A possibility to pick up this seat even with a "Dino" I see as an improvement over Lugar in the seat.
