A five-year-old boy has uncovered a 100 million-year-old dinosaur fossil while playing with his father.
He discovered the fossil - thought to be that of a Nodosaur - behind a supermarket in Texas last September but it took months to get excavation permits.

(44,586 posts)....they served chicken in the cafeteria for lunch. After eating it, I snuck one of the bones away, and then when it was time for recess, I buried it in the sand in the playground and told everyone I had "discovered" a dinosaur bone.
Yeah, I was a goofy kid.
