(Note: Yes. Mittens has the nom sewn up. No, I don't LIKE Paul...he's a bigoted fossilized gasbag)
Is it likely the The Romneylans will do credentials challenges to any stage with a large bloc of Paul delegates?
What other measures might they take to hide the fact that their candidate is not exactly the unanimous choice of their party?
And how far can he go to suppress the Paulists at Tampa without totally screwing himself over in the fall?

(154,021 posts)Here is a problem Romney has... "We may have to vote for Romney in the Fall."
It got tense. I was looking for an egress point, the cops were getting on the radio.
The consensus of the media gaggle is that it looks most of the RP people will either stay home in the fall, or write in RP.
The LONE romney for pres sign holder staid well at the edges of this... rally. "General Custer them are indians over them darn hills."
Now they are not that large of a minority, but they could, by staying home or writing in RP, do some real damage, if your name is Mittens.
As to Ron Paul, he is staying in this for two reasons.
1.- Get enough delegates to get at least some of his things on the party platform and a prime talking spot.
2.- Feathering the nest for Rand.
