High schoolers started a ruckus after classes. So now they cancel school tomorrow?

What do they imagine these kids with no structure are gonna do ALL DAY tomorrow?

Seriously, what is the mayor of Baltimore thinking?

The mayor is thinking it is dangerous on the streets and sending children to school could result in needless tragedy.YMMV

I wonder how successful canceling classes and imposing and all day curfew is gonna be.
