Someone knows exactly what happened to Freddie Gray

That person is responsible for all the unrest, injury, and damage; until they come forth with the truth all that happens in the streets of Baltimore will their fault and they should be held responsible for all of it.

but it isn't just those two officers, it's the pattern of systemic abuse of police powers that prevails in the police dept. that still can't even say why Freddie Gray was arrested in the first place or how he got beat up and murdered essentially.
