Currently, only 13 House Democrats support the TPA (fast track)

Who are they? Mostly members of the New Democrat Coalition. What is that?

The New Democrat Coalition is a Congressional Member Organization within the United States Congress made up of Democrats who support an agenda that the organization describes as moderate and pro-growth. A November 2012 press release described the organization as "Congress' largest coalition of moderates heading into the 113th Congress," and announced the election of Representative Ron Kind as the Coalition's Chair. As of January 2015, there were 46 members in the House of Representatives and 5 in the Senate.[6]

In brief, they are conservative, corporate dems, and yes, they'll likely hand President Obama and his repuke allies, a win on the TPA and thus the TPP..

A small group of House Democrats who back President Barack Obama’s effort to win “fast-track” trade legislation said Thursday they expect more party members to step forward in favor of the bill, but indicated Republicans would still have to provide the bulk of the votes to win its approval.

“I think members realize it’s coming closer [to the time] to ultimately to make a decision, and that’s what they’re trying to do,” Wisconsin Rep. Ron Kind, chairman of the New Democrat Coalition, told reporters after more than a 90-minute meeting with Obama. “I think to the credit of the majority of the New Dems in the coalition, they’ve kept their powder dry to give the administration and the president the chance to make the case.”

I am not surprised at who my Florida politicians are, in this - Murphy, Wasserman Schultz, Gwen Graham, Bill Nelson.
If I am ever be in a position to vote against any of them, I will do so.
I am an Old Democrat, The New Democrats, IMO, are Old Republicans.

Meanwhile over 150 House Democrats have signed a letter to Obama opposing TPA. This defines politics people could be doing today.
