1:36 p.m.: Despite reporters' best efforts, Fishman won't talk about the governor.
1:34 p.m.: No one else is likely to be charged. "Based on evidence currently available, we aren't going to charge anyone else in the scheme," Fishman said.
1:33 p.m.: Baroni and Kelly will be arraigned at 11 a.m. Monday.
