Crying with happiness, the man who filmed the Freddie Gray video and was then arrested at gunpoint,

He has since been released without charge but the other two men have not, according to CopWatch's Twitter page. It is not clear whether they face any charges.
His arrest came after days of alleged intimidation from police officers for filming Gray, who suffered a catastrophic spinal injury while in police custody and passed away a week later on April 19.
Earlier this week, Moore hit out at police for issuing his photo and saying he was 'wanted for questioning'.

According to Moore, he had already spoken with officers and handed over his footage of Gray's arrest. He believes cops released the image to intimidate him.
'What is so important that you have to plaster my picture over the Internet? I've already spoken,' Moore told the Baltimore Sun.
'For the police to post that picture and say you don't know who I am, that's B.S. You know who I am.'

who confirm this, then arrested, twice I believe, after which his bail was set too high for him to be able to bail himself out.

He was sent to Ryker's Island where he remained for more than a month, and refused to eat after rat poison was found in the food of inmates. He feared for his life.

His aunt put up a gofundme account for him from where he received enough for that bail money.

But his hopes were dashed when the Republican DA refused to accept it, claiming 'he couldn't verify if the money was legitimate'. This sparked huge public outrage after which they accepted the money.

He and his supporters and attorney claim the charges against him were fake.

He is now living in a different location for fear of more harassment.

The public raised more the $50,000 dollars for his bail and legal fees. Last I checked the fundme site is 'no longer found'.

He is going to have to stay in the public eye, as it is clear they are targeting Whistle Blowers.

Another woman filmed the non-reaction of first responders to Garner's death. She also stated she has been harassed by police.

Several of the first emergency responders were charged after her video went public.

the message here is crystal clear: do NOT film the police, or we will make your lives a miserable hell. FTP.
