Stinky The Clown

My prediction, some days ago, was that two of the cops wold have been charged.

For all the caterwauling on DU and elsewhere, I actually had faith on Mayor Rawlings-Blake, Commissioner Batts, and especially Prosecutor Mosby (who is one VERY impressive States' Atty!).

I'm not confident that all charges will result in convictions, but the big stuff will stand.

I really didn't think the cops would get charged at all- too much bad history. Hopefully smartphones turn the tide.
