Somebody is talking, RE Baltimore.

This was started in another thread, and I think the OP has it right, that there is some witness talking to States Attorney Marilyn Mosby.

Why do I think that?

1. Because these indictments are so damned specific.

2. These charges came quickly, especially when compared to similar and recent cases.

3. SA Mosby was so self-assured in her presser. I do not think for a second that that was theater. I think that she is justifiably outraged. Her language said as much even through her professional veneer.

So she has an eye witness.

Mosby is not stupid enough to tip her hand, but the conclusion is almost inevitable. One or more of the cops has turned as is telling everything. My money is on Sgt. Alicia.

But somebody is cooperating. Otherwise we do not see such specific charges being handed down so quickly. And if I were Mosby, nobody would know who that was until the trial.

There was no way that was anywhere close.

But I highly suspect that State Attorney Marilyn Mosby has the goods. Everything about her presser said so. The only way she could credibly show such passion was if she has unimpeachable evidence, mainly that one or more of the cops is talking to her. And it will be one of the indicted cops.

Because this is a run of the mill case of police abusing and in this case killing a prisoner, usually black but not always.

Since the treatment was common place of Freddy, why do we know about it?

In a rather long string of them. Remember Ferguson?

Plus, the Internet is the new media and these things spread quickly.

Any cop shooting, or killing a black kid is going to hit the national news now. Until it stops happening, I would hope.

In Ferguson what happened was a young man was shot twice in the head, unarmed, for mouthing off to a racist cop.

Michael Brown was murdered by that DOUCHEBAG COP and the cop was REWARDED with a million dollars

bounty

and STILL the AfAm community did NOT burn down the ENTIRE country

1. He is the one charged with the most serious charges. And the most charges.

2. He was the last to turn himself in.

That guy is going down. If he tries to cooperate, Mosby brings in a stenographer to take down his confession.

There is absolutely no credible claim that the driver is the guy who is cooperating. He's the guy Mosby wants to send away for a long time.

Watch her presser. She is pissed!

as to the most serious charges. But, the driver is the only one who was present at each level and location of events. He is not a sworn officer and will be the easiest to squeeze.

That's why he is charged with the most serious charges and the most numerous charges.

Didn't you see State Attorney Marilyn Mosby's presser? She is pissed and wants justice. Watch it all. Please.

The driver is the bad cop. No doughnut for him!
