With masters and doctorates from Westrn universities, in areas like oh engineering and chemistry.

So I would not be that dismissive.

That said, doing that, it's not that crazy and as far as WWII we developed an explosive that was safe to eat. Oh and C-4, a standard, is stable, you can cook on it.

Now something like this being effective is another story...but these are not just goat herders who can barely read or write.
