Venezuela Officially Declares Bush and Cheney Terrorists, Ban them From Country

(ANTIMEDIA) Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro recently announced that VISAs are now mandatory for US citizens visiting the country.

He also banned George W. Bush and Dick Cheney from Venezuela, among other American politicians, calling them terrorists for their war crimes.

The new measures were aimed that those who “violated human rights and bombed villages as in Iraq, Syria and Vietnam.”

An article from RT says,

“Former US President George W. Bush, former Vice President Dick Cheney, and Republican Congress members Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, Robert Menendez, and Marco Rubio will be denied visas into the country, labeling Bush and Cheney as “terrorists.””

Here's some of their platform:
"Guaranteed Adequate Income: Build taxable Basic Income Grants into the progressive income tax structure to create a Universal Social Security system that ensures everyone has income for at least a modest standard of living above the poverty line.

Universal Health Care: A single-payer National Health Program to provide free medical and dental care for all, with freedom of choice for consumers among both conventional and alternative health care providers, federally financed and controlled by democratically elected local boards.

Free Child Care: Available voluntarily and free for all who need it, modeled after Head Start, federally financed, and community controlled.

Lifelong Public Education: Free, quality public education from pre-school through graduate school at public institutions."

(Obama and the corporate 85% of the dems actually defended Bush and Cheney from war criminal accusation by Venezuela, just weeks ago. That was what the bans were about. Obama and DLC DINO's defended the corporate takeover of Bush and gang. The duopoly is in lock step all the big issues. )

I need to savor this part of it (from May 12, 2012):

"In what is the first ever conviction of its kind anywhere in the world, the former US President and seven key members of his administration were yesterday (Fri) found guilty of war crimes.

Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and their legal advisers Alberto Gonzales, David Addington, William Haynes, Jay Bybee and John Yoo were tried in absentia in Malaysia."

Btw - david addington was the source that our great good journalist friend judith miller (who helped the stove-piping from cheney's office to the front page above the fold of the NYTimes) cited as one of her sources - "experts" is the word she used. Anybody notice, at least in the clips that were available, that she never volunteered that connection, herself? THAT was the job of the interviewer. Who maybe was just pulled in off the makeup trailer and given the pre-written questions and brought nothing to the table as far as experience or research into the background of the interview subject.

And NOBODY called her on it during that interview. FUCK! NOBODY seems either willing OR able to connect the damn dots! The minute she mentioned david addington's name, I would have checked her by saying "you just mentioned david addington - that's the same david addington who was cheney's chief of staff, correct?" But the dumbfuck interviewer just did a chuck todd and nodded and let her talk... "Hey, it's not MY job to probe or dig or fact-check or anything like that. MY job is strictly to sit there and hold the mic for them and let them say their piece and that's that. And the only follow-up comment I need to bother with is the one that goes 'Well, we'll have to leave it there. Thanks so much for coming.'"

(1st world) countries that recognize Bush and his conspirators as war criminals and say they will arrest them if they come to their country.
Obviously America (the bastion of freedumb) believes that only tin pot dictators from other countries are criminals and terrorists....yeah right!
America desperately needs President Bernie Sanders to put our country on the path that Thomas Jefferson wanted for us.....a Progressive, peaceful country with justice for all. Not a 2-3 tiered justice system that pampers the wealthy and destroys especially the impoverished. We have the largest prison population in the world yet the worst criminals (people who steal from and oppress the non-wealthy at least 90% of us) are free from criminal prosecution and are even paid by "our" government to continue their criminal activity.
We are instrumental in destroying our world which will probably make the the vast majority of our species extinct. Sadly, the wealthy and politicians have vast underground cities which may allow our wealthiest and usually least deserving, world destroying citizens, to survive and repopulate what is left habitable.
More greed and short sighted parasites...that is what this world needs..... . I realize that Venezuela (mostly because of the MSM in my opinion) is a controversial experiment experiencing problems but most people realize that the Bush cabal are dangerous war criminals and financial criminals, etc...

it is not an official Malaysian judicial entity nor does it have any legal jurisdiction. The tribunal does not have a UN mandate or recognition, no power to order arrests or impose sentences.

So no, Bush is not a convicted war criminal (even though he should be).

A statement on the tribunal's website states: "In the event the tribunal convicts any of the accused, the only sanction is that the name of the guilty person will be entered in the Commission’s Register of War Criminals and publicized worldwide."

The Bush Administration's atrocities should be reiterated, anyway.
