... that "Heckuva Job Brownie" would agree to make any public appearances having to do with FEMA.
It only serves as a reminder to everyone what a total fuck-up he was during the aftermath of Katrina - something most people forget, until he's running his mouth on some TV show or radio program.
If he had half a brain, he would steadfastly avoid ANY discussion that links his name with - oh, right.
