Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby’s “quick” and “decisive” action in charging six Baltimore police officers a mere two weeks after the death of Freddie Gray reflects either incompetence or an unethical recklessness.

Alan Dershowitz, the noted defense attorney, sharply criticized her for using her charging power as “crowd control.” John Banzahf, a George Washington University law professor, predicted the eventual dismissal of most if not all the charges. The breadth of the charges, Ms. Mosby’s overreaching, is all-too-obvious.

Sadly they have become outright murderers on the tax payers dime. When you think about it, PoC pay taxes that fund the PD to profile them, stalk them and murder them. Then said tax payers are funding their trial. How sick is that.

Prosecutors is cases involving cops killing blacks love to use a grand jury so that they can exonerate the cop (who would probably be found guilty in a trial with a prosecutor doing their job) and still have the appearance that they did something.

We need more just like her. Something I've learned from this case. Vote against whoever the Fraternal Order of Police is endorsing. Or at the very least, look at the State's Attorney and District Attorney races very carefully. I want local D.A.'s who are willing to prosecute police.
