TALKING POINTS 101: Anti-Union Arguments

One of the often heard complaints regarding labor unions is the difficulty employers have in firing unionized employees.

My question is: Why should it be easy?

"Well, if the worker deserves to be shit-canned..."

But, what if he or she DOESN'T "deserve" to be arbitrarily dismissed?
