She has a small list of questions she wants to ask. Should she memorize them or is it okay to have them written down? My MIL said no have them memorized but a couple friends said if you have them written down before hand it shows that you are truly considering the company as an employer and it also shows you are interested in the position?
Any other suggestions?
She has researched the company and wrote down a few pages worth of info she is going to review tonight and tomorrow morning.
She is going on you tube to watch second interview videos--does and don'ts what to expect and what might be ask.
She is also compiling a list of questions she has. She is taking the job description that was listed with the job and using that as a guide for some of the questions.

(87 posts)It keeps me on track and let's face it nervousness can make your brain cramp so it's good to have a guide. I've been interviewed and also have interviewed and to me it just seems someone put thought into the process and not just winging it when they have notes written.
